Hiring Process
We take pride in our time-efficient hiring process. We have implemented several steps to ensure that every resume is reviewed in a timely manner.
Here is the process:
- Let Us Know You’re Interested
Submit your resume online by visiting the Current Openings section.
- We Review Applications and Prescreen Candidates
As a large company, Solo receives a high volume of candidates for our open positions. All of these positions include a prescreening process, which may involve a brief phone or e-mail assessment.
- We Interview Candidates
The pre-screening process will identify the most qualified candidates to be scheduled for an interview. During this stage, we assess how well the candidate will fit into Solo’s culture and goals. The candidate might meet with only one person or several. The candidate might come for just one interview or a series of interviews. These factors depend upon the recruitment strategy defined for the position.
- We Make an Offer
Once the interview process concludes, HR and the hiring manager discuss the candidates and determine what offer to make, if any. The recruiter will then contact the candidate to extend the offer. Generally the offer expires within 5 days. During the offer stage, any questions or concerns the candidate has should be directed to the Solo Cup Company Recruiter.
